N：Baked honey whole wheat bread, citrus, pineapple, dried fruit, raisins and walnut.
P：Full-bodied, oily, vanilla, fresh malt and fruit sweetness with brown sugar chocolate.
F：Lingering, woody fragrances, creamy nuts and a hint of coffee.•

Excellent cask reserve by Mr. Yang. Matured in bourbon barrel but seems to have some sherry flavor. We're looking forward to enjoying more nice bottles from The Salty Breeze.
